Inner Journey Healing [1:1 session]

Service Description

Access and communicate with your deepest self and subconscious patterns in order to change your relationship to the hard-to-reach layers where your "shadow" hangs out but also where your inner teacher, guides, and highest light are waiting! This is a guided deep relaxation and healing session using a combination of journey practices including Yoga Nidra, Guided Imagery for Self-Healing, NLP, hypnosis. You will be fully conscious, communicative, and in control in these sessions which are done lying down with eyes closed. We can address and repair things like physical or emotional pain, emotional obstacles, limiting beliefs, dysfunctional patterns, and negative self-talk, as well as establishing new healthy channels of communication with your inner self.
