A small group women's gathering for sacred connection, healing and community.
Join Nicole in a bright and spacious private home in the El Cerrito Hills for a deep afternoon mini-retreat with flower offering ritual, tea, meditation, and energy healing.
It's so powerful to come together in person, activate our prayers, and receive the medicinal qualities of heart-centered presence :)
This event is limited to 9 guests so we will have a potent circle! You are welcome just as you are.
This is not a "Yoga" event per se... in the sense that we won't be doing stretchy asanas. There will be some gentle movement to get us present and then we will mostly be in circle and ritual. We'll enjoy light snacks and herbal tea.
