  • You can access your course(s) anytime by signing in to your account/profile and clicking on "My Programs".
     
  • The signup/login icon is at the top-right corner of your screen. If you do not already have a login, click "Sign up" and follow the prompts. If you don't remember your login, click "forgot my password" and follow prompts
     
  • Once you are logged in, click the drop-down menu and scroll to "My Programs" and begin!
     
  • The private online Grounding group can be accessed under "My Groups" in the same menu

  • You can easily access your course and group on any computer, device or phone. 
     
  • If you have an applicable yoga membership you are already enrolled in this program and it should be visible under "My Programs". 
     
  • If you have any questions or technical problems, please use the chat box to reach out. Someone is usually able to respond within 24 hours, if not sooner!
